Well.. It's 12:30 am and I just finished reading this straight through. Overall, it is a lighter book than the third one, but no less intense. What I like about this series is that our guys all have issues, and the problems are not solved instantly.I really liked the hoarding mother storyline, it was different and it explained so much about El.There were some flighty, stereotypic secondary characters, but they just added spice. I read the 3rd book first, then the first, and now the second book; it did not bother me in the least. I have a feeling this book is going into my favorite pile.
